Nonprofit Summit for Frontline Staff

The Lake-Geauga Anchor Institution Collaborative (LGAIC) leverages collective impact to improve the lives of those in our community. On March 23rd, the LGAIC will host its first annual Nonprofit Summit. The summit is offered as two separate sessions. The morning of the summit is designed to offer sessions to develop the capacity of the front line staff. In the afternoon, nonprofit leaders from across the counties will come together to discuss solutions to common challenges and interact with local officials. Organizations leading the planning process include the Lake and Geauga County United Ways, the Lake and Geauga County ADAMHS boards, Leadership Lake County and Leadership Geauga County.
Seating is limited for this event. Only three frontline staff per organization may register. Individuals may place their name on a waiting list. Individuals on the waiting list will be called if registrants cancel prior to the event.

Concurrent sessions include: Compassion Fatigue, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Top Ten De-escalation Tips, Intergenerational Communication, Navigating Behavioral Health, 211 and more.

Once you have registered for the summit you will receive a communication that will allow you to select your concurrent sessions. Session sizes are limited and participants will be registered first come, first serve.
